Local AI delivery

Trust, Opportunity, Sovereignty. Made practical for Ottawa businesses.

Ottawa Automates aligns with the public AI for All principles by turning them into working rules for one owned workflow: clear data boundaries, measurable time back, and control at handoff.

Independence note

Ottawa Automates is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting for the Government of Canada. AI for All is public policy context. This page explains how an independent Ottawa business applies those public principles in local client work.

How we work

Three principles, three delivery rules.

Principle 01

Trust

A useful AI workflow should show what it did, where the information came from, and what still needs a person.

How we deliver

Ottawa Automates keeps data in the client's own tools wherever the workflow allows it, then keeps the first build narrow enough for staff to inspect.

Principle 02

Opportunity

Opportunity is not a vague AI promise. For a local owner, it means time comes back this month.

How we deliver

The 5-Hour Launch Build targets 5 hours per week back from one repeated workflow. If the scoped build does not save at least 5 hours per week in the measured workflow within 30 days of launch, the scoped build fee paid is refunded and the client keeps the delivered build. Signed project terms set eligibility, measurement, cooperation, and remedy details.

Principle 03

Sovereignty

A small business should not rely on a mystery system that only an outside vendor can understand or change.

How we deliver

Every scoped build ends with full ownership handoff: workflow, configuration, docs, access plan, and enough operating notes to keep control after launch.

Why local matters

National strategy only matters when it reaches the daily work.

Most small businesses do not need a broad AI program first. They need one repeated task mapped, built, tested, and handed over in the tools their team already uses.

That is the Ottawa Automates position: start where the risk is visible, the time loss is measurable, and the owner can keep control after the build.

First step

Bring one repeated workflow to the call.

We will check whether AI belongs in it, what data boundaries matter, and how saved time would be measured.

Booking sends scheduling details and requested follow-up about this workflow. You are not opted into launch marketing unless you ask for it.
